By far the best tasting meats and bacon I've enjoyed in many years---we turned around to go back for more because the jerky "disappeared" while we were driving home :) Delicious and they describe how to best cook whatever you get---their bacon and prime rib were hugely popular at our last dinner---THANKS GUYS!
I was impressed with the meat processing. It was packaged in a timely manner, clean, and to the specification I requested. The shop was clean and neat.
